Learning and Development
We define Learning and Development as something more than just adding knowledge and skills to improve performance. We work together across Sutton to develop people, processes and performance to achieve lasting improvement. This includes:
- Providing a sound employee performance management system.
- Ensuring we have appropriately skilled elected councillors, managers and employees to meet the business needs of the Council.
- Creating a more flexible workforce able to deliver a high quality, customer-focused service.
